I believe the Governors are responsible.. The politicians in the east are really wicked to their own people... Please I urge u guys to go get your PVC and vote them OUT!

Even in Abuja unmetered house is charge more,we do see 29k ,30k for a month but since we got pre paid meter I spend only 2k for a month

It's like that here in Oraifite Anambra State, ooo, these people are the original thieves, it is only pre paid meters that can stop this and they don't want to distribute it knowing fully well that their theft will stop once people start using pre paid meters

You are just seeing it for first time? I used to pay more when I was Enugu and I thought it was not fair until BEDC began with their own in Edo state.

This is every where, pls go for prepaid meter, is the best, no matter what you use, u can not spend more than 10k in a month, when I don't have meter my bill was 25k now I have prepaid meter am spending less than 10k in a month with rest of mind, nepa is no more coming to my house unless on inspection. I have constant light in my area. U can pay 1k ( 39unit) no body will know until u have money , if u travelling u switch off ur meter. If u can back the unit is there, I travelled during Xmas, when I came back my unit is there for me.
