I know that we have school proprietors here
Please I want to find out the logic behind punishing a pupil when their parents failed to pay school fees,
Is it their fault?

Dear school authority,
stop punishing innocent pupils for non payment of fee and levies by parents.
Why should a child suffer because of this.?
To me this is indirectly denying the child right to education.

So how do you school authority compensate these pupil for the lost learning time when their parents finally pay the outstanding debt?

Please allow those pupil learn and take action against their parents
There are several way to recover this debts without the pupils suffering it..
You make avaliable a written legal agreement that each parent will sign at the point of registering their wards.
You can as well with hold the pupil record until outstanding is cleared...,Take action against the parents and not the pupil. If you need more ideals on how to recover those debts you can as well pay for it.
