The Dead are happier than the Living

Do you think the dead are happier than the living. Oh! I'm confused about this, sometime I think when one dies he becomes very happy, especially when all his suffering has gone. Is this true because if it is true why don't we die whenever we are in a bad circumstances.

Maybe some may said that those who committe suicide, means they want to leave their sufferings to live happy. Can somone tell me if really the dead are happier than the living or the living are they happier than the dead?

Then why do people not like dying? They prefer living even in critical conditions. No one knows the world of the underworld. We can't tell if the are really happy or annoyed until we meet our death in our own time.
