Google will take about 4 days to verify your blog. After which your account at adsense.google.com will have a new section where you  can see html codes to copy and paste in your site.
Copy those HTML codes, paste on in the html section of your blog. Then wait another 4 - 7 days.
Another google employee will visit the site, and check out if your posts are offering any real value to your readers. Typically they check if your posts are long (450 words), and dealing on a particular topic.

After this second approval. Google ads will start appearing on your blog. That's your ticket to the riches. All you now need is to keep writing interesting stuff and watch your money grow in your adsense account.

Google will write you a check when its $100 and above. They will courier the check to your residence. You take the check to bank and withdraw.
