THE MANDATED INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY REQUESTS FOR A BIAFRAN REFERENDUM FROM NIGERIA: AND THE RANTING OF AN IGNORANT PRESIDENT AND SUPPORTED BY INDOLENT CITIZENS WITH WORST HUMAN EXISTENCE IN AFRICA:

The president of Nigeria when speaking to international news men in New-York, was quoted to had said that he will never allowed a Referendum in Biafra to determined the political future of the indigenous peoples of Biafra as stipulated and guaranteed in the charters of the United Nations of which the country Nigeria is a signatory to this UN statutes. It is too embarrassing at this moment for any sane person in this current Nigeria to still referred to him or herself as a “Nigerian” Funny enough, the current president of Nigeria do not know the meaning of Referendum and the symbolism of such concept as the fundamentals natural rights of an individual extended to the human element by God since creation. Buhari will never deny this to Biafrans, he dare not!

The president possess the mindset, that Nigeria belong to his great-grand fathers, ancestors and it is a country that the British politically willed to his own North expressly and if there is any region or a people outside the North within a country called Nigeria, seen as owned by his Ancestors(Buhari’s Ancestors) excising the rights universally known to be just and noble, to a Buhari and his likes from the North and their southern surrogates they must be forced to remain involuntary under their domination forever.

President Buhari had been told by the international community to go and resolve the Biafra debacle via Referendum and the unconditional release of all political prisoners being held by Buhari’s and his Northern people under the fake disguise of preserving Nigeria unity while what they, the North always wanted is the resources of the South, which they willed to themselves after the civil war in 1970, and still controlling till date. So, the president of the Nigerian State must be taught and told in plain emphatic terms, what is the elementary definition of what is “referendum” and why the civilized world do not joke with the applicable of this concept on serious international and National contentious status.

President Buhari was alive, when the British parliament enacted the Scottish referendum acts of Parliament in 2014 to allow for the conduct of the Scottish independence Referendum that allow the indigenous people of Scotland to vote in a Yes or No plebiscites to determined whether they will remain in the UK or not. In the Nigerian Constitution termed the 1999 Constitution, the so called Nigerian people were blackmailed into being called “Nigerians” and the totality of the contents and sections of that Constitution was not sanctioned by the various ethnic Nationalities in the country either as participants or as owners of the Constitution that Buhari want to employ to overruled a demand for a referendum must emanated from a mass people oriented process which is final resolution and final agreements by the natural constituents units and must inevitably be approved in a pan-Nigerian referendum. But this above process never happened.

Moreover, the issue relating to conducting of Referendum in Biafra to determine the outcome of the people’s expression to either stay with Nigeria is a process that overrides the symbolism of Buhari presidency or Niger-Delta or Igbo Leaders political or business interests in Nigeria. It is a democratic practices and process that involved the majority of the ordinary people and elite alike who either agreed with the demand or not, to be officially be involve in the process of taking final decision that centered on their survival and humanity, as members of natural constituents of life, in all manifestations. So it is bigger than what 2% of Biafrans who are benefitting in elective and appointment positions to the alternative freedom of a people who constituted the remaining 98% who desire to be free. It is not the concerning of a President of Nigeria whose constitution was designed by its framers, to enslave some rich if not all ethnic nationalities in an enslavement emporium created and named as Nigeria.

Borrowed from the statement from IPOB national leadership “in a Presidential system like the criminal ones practice in Nigeria, Referendum process is not subjected to the dictates of the presidency or Executive arm of Government. (Like Buhari is ignorantly deceiving himself and his likes in the failed country) In other words, the president of a country has no business, legal right or claimed superiority to determine if there will be referendum or not” It is only a busy-body colonial enslaver for his own peculiar interests and that of his northern region as their president that will dabble into areas where he had no ideas rather than desperately wanting to keep others as slaves for the benefiting of taking their resources and given such to his own northern people.

It is therefore not surprising that a President of the North cum Nigeria president named Buhari displayed elementary childish and shallow understanding of a referendum for Biafra independence legitimate demand, and other regions that had chosen to be free from northern Nigeria bondage, under the disguise of being the sole owner of that Nigeria that can decide what is to be acceptable or not, This is Nonsense.

When president Buhari said there will be no Referendum for Biafra independence in New-York of September 24th 2016, to team of foreign journalists, he was reacting negatively to mandate he had been given to execute as regards the issue of Referendum forced on him by the international community and the unconditional release of all political detainees in Nigeria cells. If we assumed that the various media reporting of this assertion from President Buhari is true, then there is no better way to exhibit ignorance of the typology and application of the concept of referendum. The import of this above message is that it could be concluded to mean that 92% of Nigeria with the exception of the Biafrans and maybe also those with neutral objective dispositions, while those who believed Buhari, are either stark illiterates or politically just merely being mischievous, if they accept the validity in the Statement of their President on the Referendum question. Buhari do not possess any right to approve a Referendum and it is never in it powers to do so.

According to Mr. Emma Nmezu, a lawyer and Dr Clifford Iroanya “We will like to use this opportunity to educate and enlighten Mr. President Buhari and those who think like him in Nigeria about ,!No to Referendum in Biafra! or on Referendum as a concept. We want these disciples of fake Nigerian unity to know that Referendum is a method of expression of the will of the people in matters concerning their welfare, existence and association”

“A referendum is created normatively by an act of parliament (Legislature and not Buhari, the executive, and, we hope that non-educated and half-educated-illiterates Nigerians are learning about this now) and it is not dependent on the aversions or preferences of the President or Executive arm of Government of Nigeria. It is not is business. For instance, the Scottish Independence Referendum Act 2013 which led to the Referendum vote of September 18th of 2014 was passed by the Scottish parliament on November 14th, 2013.

If President Buhari must learn, even the Scottish parliament itself was brought into existence through the Scottish Devolution (pre-legislative) Referendum of 11 September, 1997. In France, the Jacobin Constitution was adopted in 1798 through a Referendum and Article 3 of the French Constitution made by the French people themselves and approved by the people in a French National Referendum in 1958 internalized Referendum as a bulwark to engender any change of policy and philosophy of the fifth Republic and for the benefits of her citizens”

According to the apex Leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra stated a facts that is well known worldwide even to most self-determination group within the Yoruba Nation that remain stillborn and stuck with Hausa/Fulani Nigeria recognizes this truth that “ the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous people. UNDRIP, is unequivocal on the inalienable rights of Indigenous people to decide on how they want to govern themselves. Affirmatively, Nigeria the failed state, is a signatory to the UNDRIP”

In concluding the above presentation, let us warn all enemies of freedom in any parts of the already collapsed Nigeria to pledge their allegiance to a Buhari and his co- Northern Nigeria owners of the country, if that is what the majority of their people desires but you cannot forced Biafra to be part of this nonsense called One Nigeria again. That is the import of the Referendum, the whole world is currently expect that, Nigeria National Assembly, will enact laws to give legal framework to this international instrument of peaceful mechanism for conflict Resolution, an inevitably Referendum for Biafra, after Buhari returned from the United Nations and be conducted on terms of peaceful disengagement or they (the international community) will move in, to do it in their own ways. The law is not a respecter of persons, countries and gross violators of human rights irrespective of whom they are, opposing and killing those who, are not like them yet yarn for freedom, but denying them of freedom to choose whom they want to be, will not end well for those who designed the others as their slaves.
