Many of us has been waiting patiently to
see the full list of president Buhari’s
ministerial nominees and am glad to
inform you that the list is now available
right now and here for you to see below.
Barring any last minute change, President
Muhammadu Buhari may have picked
from across the States of the Federation,
including the Federal Capital Territory,
Nigerians who will serve as ministers in
his cabinet.
Recall that on September 30, President
Buhari sent to the Senate President
Bukola Saraki, the first batch of 21
ministerial nominees.
Also, yesterday, the President sent the
names of the second batch of 16
nominees.
Meanwhile, at the time of this report, the
states where Ahmed Isa Ibeto (No. 19)
Abubakar Bawa (No 36.) and Aisha
Abubakar (No. 32) were nominated from
were yet to be known. Background
checks however show that both Ibeto
and Bawa are from Niger State.
When contacted, the Special Adviser on
Media and Publicity to President
Muhammadu Buhari, Mr. Femi Adesina
said: “The names of ministerial nominees,
the President has sent to the Senate for
screening, had no states of origin
attached to them. As soon as the
President does that, it will be made
public.”
